STEMories: Where Sport Meets Technology & Learning

About Sport Tech Learn

We design active, teacher-ready learning experiences that connect sport, digital thinking and reflection.

What guides us

Our Pedagogy

Play → Think → Reflect

Students experience the game, name the strategy together, then use a quick prompt or checklist to plan the next round. Rotating roles (player/coach/umpire) build voice, leadership and wellbeing.

Computational Thinking in Sport

Learners decompose a play into roles, space and options, spot patterns and abstract the key variables, then design and test a simple algorithm (“if X then Y”)—iterating with light data to improve.

Decompose Pattern Abstraction Algorithm Data
Data supports every step.

Curriculum & Inclusion

Clear success criteria with ACARA links across HPE and cross-curricular areas. Mixed-ability by design, female-friendly pathways, and minimal-tech options so every school can run it.
